Herbal Remedies - Alopecia
Alopecia is a loss of hair that effects both men women and
children. Although the exact cause of alopecia is unknown studies
have been carried out that possibly show a link to stress.
In alopecia hair folicales come under attack by the sufferers
own immune system (white blood cells), possibly due to chemicals
called cytokines, resulting in the arrest of the anagen (hair
growth) stage and a move to the telogen (resting) phase where
the hairs are then abruptly shed.
