Anxiety is a natural and common behaviour in all human beings,
however for some individuals prolonged worry can lead to an anxiety
disorder, the common features of an anxiety disorder are:-
- Constant and distressing fear of a place or situation.
- Physical reactions ie trembling, sweating, faintness, hapid
heart beat.
- Avoidance behaviour - Individuals avoiding certain situations
