Herbal Remedies - Asthma
Asthma is a condition that effects the lungs and airways,
it effects a large proportion of our population. When a sufferer
is experiencing an asthma attack the airways to the lungs become
narrowed making breathing increasingly difficult, once the airways
are narrowed, less oxygen is able to enter into the bloodstream.
An asthma attack can last anything from a few minutes to a
few hours, often occurring at night time and in humid weather
conditions, asthma can be triggered by physical activity, airborne
pollutants & even food or drink additives.
Symptoms of an asthma attack usually vary with age but generally
sufferers experience a difficulty in breathing along with a dry
sounding cough, as the attack worsens often catching a breath
gets harder and harder, also the chest area tightens. An asthma
attack an sometimes be relieved by rest or moving into cooler
